All inspections and mitigation projects are invoiced upon completion and invoices are due upon receipt. We gladly accept payments for inspections on site. Our inspectors and crew supervisors are able to receive your check or credit card payment. If you can’t make a payment at the time of service, your project manager will email your invoice.

We also accept escrow payments for projects that are involved in a property transaction that is scheduled to close. Please provide your project manager with escrow officer and title company contact information and we’ll make sure to send your final invoice.

Statements are emailed to our customers with unpaid invoices on the first business day of each month. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days are subject to 18% APR interest charges.
